The goal of the facility review process is to provide up-to-date facility documentation and audits. Up to date process, mechanical, controls and electrical documentation is used to conduct Process Hazard Analysis studies. The facility documentation is also used to demonstrate regulatory compliance with PHMSA and OSHA requirements. Equipment lists and tagging is used to document preventive maintenance requirements. The documentation is utilized in the management of change process for ongoing improvement and optimization efforts.Kahuna has the proven ability to execute projects through an EPCM T&M project approach, as well as a Lump Sum EPC project structure with proven construction partner relationships.
